7 · Payment Terms, Hotel Rules & Conditions

Advance Payment: Registration is confirmed only after receipt of the applicable fee. Kindly share the payment proof with this form or by email to info@eplusmedia.co.in.
Check-in: 26 November 2026 (from 11:00 AM onwards as per hotel policy). Early check-in is subject to availability and may attract additional charges billed directly by the hotel.
Check-out: 28 November 2026 (standard hotel check-out time). Late check-out is subject to hotel availability and extra charges.
Period of Stay: The package covers stay from 26 Nov (check-in) to 28 Nov (check-out). Any stay beyond 28 November 2026 must be arranged and paid for directly by the delegate with the hotel.
Room Service & Extra Charges: All room service, minibar, laundry, telephone and any other personal expenses will be billed directly to the guest by the hotel and are not included in the registration fee.
Occupancy: Double or Triple occupancy as selected. Single occupancy (if requested) may attract a surcharge – please contact the organisers.
Identification: Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar / Passport / Driving Licence / PAN + address proof) is mandatory at check-in for every delegate.
Cancellation / Substitution: Please write to info@eplusmedia.co.in. Substitution of delegates is allowed with prior intimation. Cancellation policy will be shared on request.
